David Panza
President
David has been running competitively since his first New York City Marathon in 1979. Since then, he has run an additional 13 marathons and numerous half-marathons, but focuses primarily on the 3-mile and 5k distances in his racing. David has been a Fun Run coordinator since 2000, with current able assistance from Brian Rowan. The Fun Run committee aims to continue the Fun Run's important contribution to the road racing community well into the future.
Jeff Comerford
Vice President
Jeff has been a member of SIAC since 2011. Like many of us, Jeff was a high school runner (400m/800m) who got away from running post graduation. As he got older, he began to run again (as a Clydesdale runner), when he made a concerted effort to make some changes in his life. In his own words: "I became a more active runner, and a member of SIAC, earning the Male Most Improved Runner in both 2017 and 2019. I have a rekindled appreciation for all that running can do for people, and I want to bring that passion to SIAC through my position as VP."
Outside of running, he is an HR Director for SMC Global, a specialty chemical manufacturer, and the proud father of an 8 year old girl (Liz).
